When you buy handmade, it is a small craftsman who does not have the advantages of a large company. Being the only one to manage my entire store, I do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns. If you have any doubts before purchasing, do not hesitate to contact me by email or Instagram message.
If an item arrives damaged during transport, please send me photos of the damage within 1 day of receipt of the item (the tracking number is taken as proof)
Any breakage or damage to the item after this period will not be considered the seller's fault.
Any order returned because it was not claimed at the post office will not be refunded but in this case it may be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Delivery requirement

Shipping costs are indicated in the basket. The items are sent by Mondial relay in tracked packages.
The order is sent within 8 to 14 working days after receipt of your payment. Except in this case, I notify you by email.
